All fruit and vegetables used for making our sauces are naturally grown and locally harvested near the slopes of volcanoes in Central America.
A very rigorous quality control is applied throughout the whole process of making them. Handling and preparation are executed under the highest
food safety quality standards.

From seed to harvesting and the following processing of the peppers, the whole operation is overseen by Knowledgeable personnel to ensure
a true gourmet quality product. All our sauces are low in sodium, Gluten Free, 0g Trans fat, Zero cholesterol and Kosher certified
(OK Kosher Certification).

We only use 100% natural fresh chili peppers, which are crushed and mashed together with the other ingredients in order to extract
all the goodness and heat thus making sure we manage to obtain the perfect texture, consistency and taste which define our products.

Our sauces are prepared with natural products, they are thick and full bodied, making them very versatile and easy to pair with other foods.
Try them on sandwiches, sausages, stews, tacos, nachos, salsas, soups, chips, pork, or add on to other sauces to get that kick of heat you
have been craving for.

TASTING NOTES

Habanero means "from La Habana" (Havana in English). Its heat, the unique fruity citrus-like flavor and the fresh floral aroma have made it
a popular ingredient in spicy foods. Green when unripe they change color to orange when mature. It is a very versatile pepper often used as
a second pepper on any given sauce due to its refined and exquisite well rounded taste.
