A rigorous quality control is applied throughout the whole process of making them. Handling and preparation are executed under the highest

From seed to harvesting and the following processing of the peppers, the whole operation is overseen by Knowledgeable personnel to ensure
a true gourmet quality product. All our sauces are low in sodium, gluten free, 0g Trans Fats, zero cholesterol and KOSHER certified.

We only use 100% natural fresh chili peppers, which are crushed and mashed together with the other ingredients in order to extract
all the goodness and heat thus making sure we manage to obtain the perfect texture, consistency and taste which define our products.

Our sauces are prepared with fresh natural products based, making them very versatile and easy to pair with other foods.
Try them on sandwiches, sausages, stews, tacos, nachos, salsas, soups, chips, pork, or add on to other sauces to get that kick of heat you
have been craving for.

a scorpion's stinger. Its heat level is sure to sting stronger than a real scorpion.
In 2012 the Trinidad Moruga Scorpion was identified as the hottest chili in the world
