Easy operation: you can adjust the blades to adjust the thickness of the food simply by turning the dial from 0 to 15 mm. Pull the sliding platform against the food guard and place a tray (not supplied) behind the knife before using it.Place the food on the platform and adjust the pusher until it firmly holds the food in place. All you have to do is grab the pusher with your right hand, keeping your thumb behind the guide after turning on the machine and turning the dial to the thickness you want. Apply uniform pressure for best results.
