How To Use:
1. Clean your shoes and keep them dry.
2. Adjust the position until you feel comfortable.
3. Remove plastic backing.
4. Stick the pads to the shoes.

Warm Tips:
Heel pads are suitable for the shoes which is half size bigger.
Heel pads are transferable and reusable. If you want to remove the heel pads and stick on other shoes, wash the heel inserts, it can be used again when it turns dry.
If the heel pads are too long or you don't like the shape, you can cut the heel pads into the shape you want with scissors.
