Instructions For Use:

Step 1: Pour small amount of Stencil Transfer Solution onto gloved hand & spread evenly over prepped area until skin is damp but not wet 
Step 2: Apply stencil art to surface and hold for 3 to 5 seconds
Step 3: Remove stencil art and allow 8 to 10 minutes to properly set
