Native bee populations are under stress. You can help aid in bee conservation, while boosting your garden's productivity, by using this natural bamboo bee house to provide a safe and secure habitat for female bees to fill with their eggs.

Mason bees and other native bee species are much more effective pollinators than honeybees. They visit 10-20 time more blooms a day! Native bees are not aggressive and do not sting, making them perfect garden guests, as they are not a danger to children or pets.

The Cestari Bee House is a high capacity nester for 140 species of nesting solitary bees, including blue orchard, leafcutter, red mason bees and more.

The nester has been designed with tubes of varying diameters, which attract different species. The approximately 75 tubes are all over 4 inches long, allowing plenty of depth for the bees to lay their eggs.

We've used both bamboo and wood in construction of the house, making sure that the pine we use is certified by the Forestry Stewardship Council (FSC) to come from responsibly managed forests.
