How to use :
1 Apply hair cream on wet hair;
2 Heat up the cap in low-power microwave 1-2 minutes, no more than 2 minutes or heat the cap in hot water about 6-8 min; or cool the cap by refrigerator for about 1-2 hours and take it out;
3 Wear disposable shower cap;
4 Wear the heating cap.

Notice:
When you first time use it, better to put it into boiled water for about 5-8 minutes to give the gel preheat, take it out and let it cool down. Then use dry towel pack it and heat it by microwave small fire for 30s to test the suitable temperature until you know how to heat it to about 60 degree centigrade. Please do not exceed 2 minutes to avoid product damage!
