❓QUESTION: How do I get the markers to work?
⭐️ ANSWER: The markers need to be 'started' - to do this shake the marker then press and pump the tip against a writing surface. Keep pressing and pumping until the chalk flows into the tip. The markers will arrive with a new white/tan tip and fresh chalk stored inside. While starting the markers, you will see the colored chalk flow into the tip. Starting the markers takes about 90 seconds - please be patient.

❓QUESTION: What surfaces can I use the markers on?
⭐️ ANSWER: The easy-clean markers work on any non-porous surface. You can use them on glass, windows, windshields, stainless steel, sealed tiles and stone, whiteboards, professional chalkboards, bistro boards, and more! If you're unsure about whether a certain surface is non-porous, test a small amount in the corner.

❓QUESTION: What about chalkboard painted walls or wooden blackboards?
⭐️ ANSWER: Unfortunately, every brand of chalk marker/pencil/pen will leave a permanent mark on chalkboard paint. Only NON-POROUS chalkboards and blackboards made of slate, melamine, plastic, porcelain/porcelain steel, etc. are completely erasable with no ghosting/shadowing. Always test if chalk is erasable in a small corner of your blackboard.

❓QUESTION: How long does it take for the markers to dry?
⭐️ ANSWER: The liquid chalk markers generally dry in less than 2 minutes. They become smudge-proof and fully dry in about 5 minutes.

❓QUESTION: How do you clean the chalk off?
⭐️ ANSWER: Use a wet or dry cloth to clean the chalk off of any non-porous surface. If you get chalk in your hair or on your hands or clothes, it will wash out with some water. Liquid chalk is water-based so our markers are vibrant but also mess-free!

❓QUESTION: How do I change the tip of the markers?
⭐️ ANSWER: The tips of the markers are reversible. You can have either a chisel tip or a rounded tip - pull the tip straight out, reverse it, and put it back in.
