The hood latches set of 2 includes both left and right hood hold-down catch for your Jeep Wrangler TJ. If your existing hood latches are all worn out and faded, it can be dangerous as the elasticity of your old hood latch will wear and will no longer secure the hood tightly to the fenders over time. This can result into fluttering at higher speeds and worse become unlatched.
This pair of hood latches features a redesigned construction to insure it will last longer than the factory part. Replacing the new latches manufactured by AA Ignition is an inexpensive insurance of preventing the hood from unlatching. Installtion is easy and does not require any special tools at all
