this tool is brand new. Designed for: 1999 to 2006 twin cam models. Will not fit 2006 dyna. The tool will unload the pressure from the primary and secondary chain tensioners to assist with the assembly and dis-assembly of the camshafts. Machined from steel, not a casting!es with black oxide finish preventing corrosion to assure many years of service.
