We strive to produce the highest quality spinach powder in the world. Our spinach is farmed on organic soils in the USA. The whole leaf is harvested, washed, and frozen within just a few hours to lock in the nutrients. The ice in the frozen spinach is then slowly vaporized at cold temperatures through a small-batch freeze-drying process. Once dry, the whole spinach leaf gets ground into a powder. Nothing is added and only the water is removed. The finished powder contains the fiber, vitamins, minerals, & phyto-nutrients, found in the fresh organic spinach. It is a great way to add organic spinach to smoothies, soups, sauces, baked goods, and whatever else you can think of!
