The Put 'Em Back oyster knife, professional edition, is designed specifically for opening thicker shelled oysters or use by commercial kitchens shucking thousands of oysters per day. The blade diameter is thicker than our signature PUT 'EM BACK oyster knife design and the steel has less flex. Use extreme caution when using this blade as it is purposely sharp on the tip and edges of this design.
