Q1: Do they heat your entire hands?
They mainly heat palm,back of hands,and small part of fingers.

Q2:Switch button glow in three colors but gloves didn't heat up,is it broken?
It is not broken,it actually mean both gloves and batteries are active.Please hold the button for few seconds then it will start work.

Q3:It is just work 30 minutes and stop working anymore.
Recharge the battery immediately as soon as you received the gloves.The batteries may not come full after transportation.

Q4:It is too small,I can't even get my hands in.
Please turn it for a bigger one in our shop as soon as possible.Plus,please measure you palm size make sure it fit before ordering.
