Number balloons FLOATS WITH HELIUM. Letter balloons AIR-FILL ONLY, they DO NOT FLOAT. Due to the size of the balloons, they will not hold enough helium to allow the balloons to float.

EASY AT HOME ASSEMBLY AND SET UP. The self-sealing balloons will arrive uninflated. Simply insert the straw into the plastic valve at the bottom of the letter and slowly blow to inflate. When the balloon is sufficiently inflated, pull out the straw and pinch the self-sealing plastic valve - balloons will stay inflated for days.

HANG BALLOONS ON WALL. To put up balloons, use tape or string to attach the balloons to the wall or hang from the ceiling ; tape and string not included.
