The Condor camping shovel is 16in long, with a shovel head length of 6in, and a thickness of 0.07in. The shovel head is constructed of 1045 high carbon steel and is heat treated and annealed to 40-45 Rockwell C. Coated in a non-reflective Desert powder coating with a texture that is designed for tactical use, rust, and abrasion resistance. The handle is made of burnt American ash making it strong while also giving spears and axes an ancient look. This ballistic nylon sheath is sturdy and is double stitched and reinforced for heavy duty use. It's also far quieter than Kydex.
