Bright well Aquatics "Xport BIO Brick" is a high porosity, dimpled filtration brick that boasts the largest useable surface area, per weight or volume, of any filtration media in the world. Each brick provides over 71,000 square feet of surface area per liter of medium, and 100,000 square feet of useable surface area for bacterial colonization, and is also doped with Aragonite to buffer pH at the bacterial level. Works excellently as the only filtration medium in the system, or in addition to other filtration media.
