How to Use:

Please keep vertical to pull down or up the rope when you want to adjust the Height!

Pull down the rope perpendicularly to the ground on desired height ,if it had not block ,do not immediately let go of the hand and then pull about 1-3cm with the slowest speed to block it.

To lower, place hands under the basket and slowly lifted up to release locking device, and then pull down it quickly to the height you want, at last pull about 1-3cm with the slowest speed to block it before removing hands.

To higher, place hand under the basket and raise to upper position, and slow down to block it before removing hands.
