Smoked Applewood Sea Salt is made with pure Pacific Sea Salt that has been slowly smoked above an Applewood fire. The result is a smooth, slightly sweet tasting sea salt. It's all-natural, achieving its brown color from the smoking process. Grain: Fine (for salt shaker) Packaging: 2lb re-sealable bag. *This salt does not supply iodide, a necessary nutrient.
