Follow our 3 easy steps below to enhance and maintain your treadmill that requires silicone lubricant for maintenance. Repeat 30-50 hours of use -Â based on manufactures suggestions.
Step 1:Â Lift treadmill up enough to fit the bottle hand under the belt. Loosen belt if necessary, per the manufacturer's instructions.
Step 2:Â Apply 0.5 oz of lubricant (roughly 1/16th of bottle)
