Early spring buds traditionally wok finished by hand. Renowned by its refreshing and energetic taste. Only one leaf and a bud or two leaves and a bud are used. Giving off a sweet and springtime note. Longer steeps will produce a chestnut note. This high quality Long Jing is able to give at least 5-6 full bodied brews.
