About Our Beans

After being hand-picked, red cherries sorted to remove any cherries that don't meet our high standards for our premium coffee. Cherries are wet processed to remove the coffee bean from the cherry and wash the beans. After being dried, beans are roasted by our SCAE certified roasters to our strict roasting profile, rested, and then packaged for delivery to your doorstep.
