This solvent resistant pad is a great alternative to parchment paper. Due to PTFE's huge usable temperature range, and it's ability to not absorb non-polar solvents , it is a great material for purging. Line your HFS oven shelves with these sheets for easy and quick clean-up. Silicone can absorb solvents, not allowing them to release during vacuum heating, but PTFE is 100% resistant to absorption.
