The local branch of Ray's company has to close and he finds himself unemployed. Living alone after his wife divorced him, calling him a pervert, he nurses one private obsession: women's feet. Particularly if they're wearing nylons. While he was at work, he was mesmerised watching a colleague kicking off her shoes and stroking her ankles. His determination to keep this infatuation a secret, avoiding the possibility of any further humiliation, turns him into a recluse. Now that everyone has lost their jobs, all his co-workers have gone their separate ways and he is denied this one pleasure that excited him. But he bumps into her again in the unlikeliest of places and a new opportunity arrives for him to indulge himself in this passion... for real and forever.
