5.25" Foam Cover, 1" ID. This foam material is durable, washable, and lets you get a comfortable grip on your equipment or a cushy cheek weld. Thousands of uses as a replacement grip on weightlifting machines, garden tools, buffer tube covers etc.

SPECIFICATIONS: 5.25" long, 1" ID, 1/4" thick. Stretches to fit up to 1.25" diameter tubes. The product is made from black foam rubber.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS: Lube it with alcohol-based gel hand sanitizer. Lube the inside of the cover and the outside surface of the tube. Use a lot of gel, don't go sparingly here, the stuff is cheap. Wear a leather or cloth glove to prevent blisters while sliding the cover onto the tube. The alcohol will eventually dry off, 1-2 days up to a week but you can start using the cover immediately. Resist the temptation to use dish soap as a lube. It will work but it will never evaporate and you'll have a sloppy loose fit and the cover might come off. Removal of the cover is easy. Just make a small cut and rip it right off. NOTE: This will destroy the cover.
