Each 2 ounce bag of Rhythm Superfoods kale chips are made from 100% fresh, triple washed organic kale and dressed to perfection in our special blend of organic vegetables, seeds, juices, herbs and spices. Instead of baking or frying, our kale chips are dehydrated (never fried!) at a low temperature to maximize the nutritional potency of the raw kale.
