Briefs, size Small through X-Large, have a plastic outside layer and four refastenable tape tabs that allow for multiple openings of the brief. Kufguards (inner leg cuffs) channel fluids into the core, helping to contain high volume urge episodes and bowel incontinence (or fecal incontinence).
