Note: The rafts are manufactured with the small hole. There are multiple layers of PVC to allow the raft to have a flat surface for the dog. Air will get trapped between these layers and the small hole is there to allow for the release of that air. Need to inflate the raft and the inner tube is not punctured. The raft will stay inflated but air will come out. That is the air trapped between the inner tube and that outer layer.
