Product Review
SR-71 Blackbird was developed as a long-range strategic reconnaissance aircraft capable of flying at speeds over Mach 3.2 and at 85,000 feet. The SR-71 Blackbird enters into service 1966 and it was retired in 1990. The SR-71 Blackbird is still the fastest, highest-flying, most-effective reconnaissance aircraft in history, even though budgetary considerations have caused it to be withdrawn from active service.
