Ampersand Gessobord is made from 1/8" True Artist Hardboard and gessoed using Archiva-seal technology for a surface that is acid-free, archival, and non-yellowing with an even, bright white finish. Perfect for all painting styles with acrylic, oil, mixed media, fine brushwork, palette knife painting, and even impasto. The support cradles are made by hand from premium grade 13-ply birch plywood for superior stability.
