Made to attach a small AA/CR123 flashlight to any cylindrical shape such as bicycle handle bars (around 1" diameter,) or webbing on any pack or bag. It also works with select Hazard 4(R) tactical caps by attaching to their Velcro-loop surfaces. It spins to adjust to any angle and is a great little accessory to create a headlamp or small area-light from any small AA/CR123 flashlight, without having to buy an expensive dedicated version. Since it is 1/2 Velcro mountable, it will of course attach to any Velcro-loop equipped military pack or bag - put the bag down to use as a tripod for lighting up a work area, etc.
