This 12-inch ruler from School Smart is crafted from durable selected wood and finished with clear lacquer finish to protect markings from being damaged or faded. Singular metal edge (at 1-1/18 inches wide and 5/32 inches thick) is easy to clean and won't get gunked up with paint or other media. Bevels on each side help you trace straight, even lines. One of the bevels (showing 1 to 12 inches) has a pencil groove and is scaled in 16s (lines between each of these numbers)s; other bevel on opposite side shows metrics (1 to 30 centimeters).
