Relief pack moist heat packs are a simple and effective method of applying moist heat. Each Relief pack can provide 30 minutes of therapeutic moist heat. Relief packs can be heated in water, stove top or in a microwave. When treatment is complete the hot packs can be stored in a plastic bag in the freezer.
