The first and only compilation from San Ysidro's finest alt-hard rockers spans 1999-2006 with 17 tracks culled from their acclaimed Atlantic catalog. Blending rap-metal, reggae, hip-hop and contemporary Christian elements into the mix, P.O.D.'s distinctive sound connected with fans on hits including "Southtown," - a shout-out to their 'hood - and "Rock The Part (Off The Hood)," both featured here. Other signature stand-outs include "Boom," "Alive," Satellite," and "Roots In Stere." Originally released in 2006, this essential collection also features two tracks that were previously unreleased at the time - "Here We Go," and the then-newly recorded "Going In Blind."
