Grilling planks allow food to roast slowly on your charcoal or gas grill as they baste in their own juices creating a subtle, Smokey flavor. No fat or oil needs to be added as the moisture from the plank keeps food juicy and flavorful. Includes full instructions and recipes. The planks can be used two or three times before discarding, but they must be submerged in water for at least 30 minutes prior to use.
